Wow does time fly. Went to a Ren Fest the last two weekends of May with a good friend from work. We are both really into fantasy and medieval stuff, and we have been looking forward to this festival for quite some time. We both got really dressed up for the event and had a great time both weekends. It amazes me though that I had been waiting and collecting stuff for the festival for about a year and it came and went in a flash. We were both shocked at how quickly the days went by, but had great times nonetheless. Well, I thought I would post a new journal tonight on New Year's Eve. I have been thinking today about what my New Year's resolutions would be. Is it possible to have too many? This past year has been incredibly blessed, and it has had its frustrations. My job takes a lot of time and energy out of me; I have not quite had the mental energy to work on as much art as I should, but greater than that I have lost my drive in art and many other things in life.
